Candy Kingdom Defense evolution guide

Check the recipe, fill its missing rows, then confirm the exact form.

The short answer

Open the Enchiridion Shrine, select a hero, fill every listed material row and review the final confirmation. Several recorded ordinary recipes use 10 personal items, 5 Pages and 1,000 Gems; The Lich has different requirements. Treat the records below as dated references, not a rule for every hero.[1][2][4]

Read the whole recipe

At the Enchiridion Shrine, select the base hero and compare it with the target form. Read each owned/required row. A number such as 1/10 means one owned and ten required, so nine remain; it is not a one-item recipe. Likewise, an older presenter saying “six more Sandwiches” describes a shortfall, not necessarily the full cost. The inspected Finn preview shows 10 Robo-Arm Parts, 5 Pages and 1,000 Gems.[1]

These rows are published recipe records, not a universal formula. The shared cost and remaining recipe records are transcribed by the linked material reference; client builds are unknown.[2]

Complete one evolution

  1. Select the hero and write down the shortfall for every row.
  2. For its personal item, follow the listed world/Act or use GO THERE if the menu offers it. Use the material route table to avoid farming the wrong mode.
  3. Win Dungeon Train challenges for Pages; the inspected cards list one Page per repeat win. Do not read the inventory total at the bottom as a reward.
  4. Keep any required Gems aside. Return to the Shrine once all rows are ready.
  5. Read the final target and consumption dialog, then confirm only if they match your plan.

The inspected menu says level, XP and trait are retained. This is a published interface record, not our own completed evolution. It does not by itself establish every later patch’s stat-grade retention; inspect the final dialog for your exact form.[1][3]

The Lich is a separate recipe

The inspected Lich confirmation consumes 5 Lich Ooze and 10 Enchiridion Pages for Jake the Lich. It does not list a Gem fee. Do not copy the five-Page/1,000-Gem pattern onto it. First obtain the base Secret through the Lich Portal route.[4]
