Candy Kingdom Defense traits and stat rerolls

Pick the result first, then spend the resource for that menu.

The short answer

Trait Crystals change a named trait; Juice changes Damage, Range and SPA grades. The tables below are published interface records with an unknown client build. They explain the two systems without claiming current rates or a best trait for every hero.[1][3][4]

Inspect the selected hero and the current cost before confirming. Evolution is its own task; use the recipe guide if you meant to change form.

Hero of Ooo0.8%+30% damage, +15% range, +10% attack speed
Oh My Glob0.2%+200% damage, +20% range, +20% attack speed

These eleven entries come from the inspected trait card and total 100%. They are recorded UI values, not a measured distribution or a guaranteed spending target. The published trait interface shows a one-Crystal reroll and warns that the same result can appear again.[1][2]

Use the effect to identify the job you want to improve: a placement-cost reduction addresses a different problem from range or attack speed. A rare result is not automatically the best fit for every role. This is a selection framework, not a tested hero-specific tier list.

Stat grades: an older cost record

GradeDisplayed chanceListed bonus over base
Z0.2%+35%
S1.3%+30–33%
A7.2%+24–28%
B41%+19–22%
C41%+13–17%
D7.2%+7–11%
E1.3%+2–6%
F0.2%Base value

The inspected grade card treats Damage, Range and SPA separately. SPA is attack interval; a better SPA grade means faster attacks, not deliberately increasing the seconds between attacks. These values describe that capture only.[3]

An older BMO interface lists one Juice to reroll all three grades, or two Juice with one grade locked. Do not read that as a current one-lock maximum: this record predates later UI changes. If your panel offers more locks, use its actual cost quote; a two-lock price is not established by this older sample.[4]

Protect a useful result

  1. Choose a hero you intend to keep using and a specific improvement.
  2. Check which result will be replaced and which grades are actually locked.
  3. Set a resource budget before rolling. Stop when you reach it or a result you are willing to keep.
  4. Check your new result before pressing the button again; a repeated trait remains possible.

Do not use the old base-rate table to invent VIP-adjusted odds. Likewise, this guide has not verified undo, pity, two-lock costs or every stat’s retention after evolution. Find the required resource in the reward-source matrix.
